These made about for large pancakes. If you’re making these for one I’d suggest using 1/4 cup of oats and flour.
I put some natural peanut butter and homemade jam on for toppings 🙂
Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Pancakes
1/2 cup oats (ground in a food processor or blender)
1/2 peeled, slice apple
1/2 cup flour
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup oats – cooked
2 tb agave nectar
1 ts baking soda
1. Peel and slice the apple
2. Cook the oats with the sliced apple. This will soften the apple for the pancakes.
3. While the oats and apple are cooking stir the dry ingredients together
4. Stir in the wet ingredients
5. Make pancakes!
